Nuran Evrensel
Nuran Evrensel is a Yıldız Technical University Department of Architecture graduate. She worked for a public foundation as an architect in Project Research&Construction Control between 1981-1997. Later 1997 she worked as a manager in Sel Construction Co., which is owned by her husband, Architect Ferhat Evrensel. Afterwards she founded Sel Project. Sel Construction Co. and Sel Project offer services in building&architecture Projects with their expert staffs. The company offers consultancy services and implements business center, office, residential building, and villa Projects. Nuran Evrensel is the technical consultant and the costomer relationship manager in that company. Some of her referances are : Polat Construction Co., Tahincioğlu Group, Yüksel Construction Co., Erel Automotive, Doğuş Automotive, Doğuş Holding, Kosifler Auto, Otokoç, Koç Holding, CMS-Medipol Hospitals, Garanti Bank Construction Department, Yataş, İtimat Food, Migros Construction Co., Opet, Regnum Construction Co.
She is the founder partner of Gayrimenkul Konsept and the chairperson of board of direktors. She is also a volunteer of Kadıköy Family Solidarity, and married with 2 children.
Ayse Koroglu
Ayşe Köroğlu is an Istanbul Pharmaceutics Faculty graduate. She is the founder and the boardmember of Enterpreuner Pharmetic Pharmacists Association. She also works as a member of the steering committee in Marev(Education&Solidarity of Peole in İstanbul, who are from Mardin). She is a member of Kadev(Enterpreuner Woman Association). She is a founder partner in Gayrimenkul Konsept and the Representative of Sales Responsible Manegement, and married with 3 children.
Meral Varuy
Meral Varuy is a Marmara University Department of Management graduate, an economist. She was occupied with producting and selling Home&Hotel textiles from the beginning of 80's to the year 2003. She worked as a fabric&a brand representative between 1998-2003 and was occupied in 2003 with the site 'b2b', which provides the each other dealings of all businessmen in textile sector. Project&Sales of real-estate investment is her professional job since May 2005. She invests in real-estates all her life. Sales&Purchase&Rent&Restoration&Construction of real-estates in Turkey and abroad have always been in her and her family's life. She worked in different kinds of STKs all her life. She combined her communication&mentor education with educationalist education and now she is an educater of mentor&communication about enterpreneurship on a voluntary basis. She is a member of Kagider, a volunteer of Kadıköy Family Solidarity and the consultant of Beşiktaş Women Platform. She is a founder partner, marketing responsible and management representative of Gayrimenkul Konsept. She is married with 2 children.
Ezel Ozdil:
Ezel Özdil is an O.D.T.U. Department of Civil Engineering graduate. She worked in Project offices part-time, when she was a student. After her graduation, she worked in D.S.I. and D.H.M.I. for 2 years as conscription to refund her education bursary. Then she started to work in Yapi Merkezi Prefabrikasyon A.S. as the Project engineer. She worked for this company for 14 years in Project&Implementation, preparetion of proposal, Sales&Marketing, Planning Groups. She started working as the Project engineer in this company in 1989 and she completed her work as the technical coordinator of the company in 2003. Then she worked as the technical team leader in Soyak Housing A.S. to gain experience in incremental housing Projects. Now she works in nearly all domains of construction sector as a Project designer&controller&consultant by using 20 years' experiences. She is the technical director in Gayrimenkul Konsept. She is married with 1 child.
